Nollywood Actor, Junior Pope Is Alive – Reports Reveal
In a surprising turn of events, Nollywood actor Junior Pope Odonwondo, popularly known as Junior Pope, is reportedly alive.
The internet had gone agog earlier after reports emerged that Junior Pope died on Wednesday, April 10, alongside three of his colleagues after their boat capsized in Anam River in Anambra state.
It was gathered that Junior Pope and his colleagues were returning from a movie production when the tragic incident happened earlier today.
Nigerians and his colleagues in the entertainment industry have been sending in their condolences.
However, a post via the Instagram page of the Actor Guild of Nigeria on Wednesday night, revealed that Junior Pope is still alive and currently receiving medical treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
“Junior Pope is alive. He is taking treatment in the hospital,” the post reads.
