Bobrisky Sentenced To Jail
Nigerian crossdresser, Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been sentenced to six months jail with no option of a fine.
Nation Post reports that Bobrisky was convicted earlier for Naira abuse.
The Federal High Court had ordered that the convict be remanded in the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) custody pending sentence.
He was billed to be sentenced on April 9, but due to the Eid-el-Fitr break, his sentencing was paused until today.
Bobrisky, a born male, had reportedly transformed himself into a woman personality.
He is also known for his presence on the social media apps Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram. Bobrisky has gone viral on TikTok for creating the “bobrisky” dance in 2021.
