APC Scores Rivers Gov Fubara Zero After One Year In office

The chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC), in Rivers State, Chief Tony Okocha, has scored Governor Siminalayi Fubara zero after his one year in governance.

Okocha gave this remark while responding to reports circulating on social media, denying that he had previously supported Governor Fubara for a second term.

Speaking to reporters in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, Okocha clarified that he could not endorse a government he characterized as being in “ICU.”

Okocha claimed that the rumours aimed to tarnish his reputation, suggesting that he was accused of being inconsistent in his views.

Regarding the performance of Governor Fubara’s first year in office, the leader of the APC dismissed the report, stating that the governor had not achieved anything significant, calling his administration a fraud and pointing out that it operated on a budgetless basis.
