Breaking: Ndume Sacked As Senate Chief Whip For Criticizing Tinubu
Senator Ali Ndume has been sacked from the position of the Chief Whip of the National Assembly during the Wednesday Plenary in the red chambers.
The sack and eventual replacement followed a letter of complaint signed and forwarded to the National Assembly by Abdullahi Ganduje, APC National Chairman and the Secretary of the Party, Senator Surajudeen Bashir
On receiving the letter, Senate President Godswill Akpabio read out the contents of the letter.
According to the letter, Ndume in his capacity as Chief Whip was working to bring down the country through his unguarded utterances.
This letter was in view of a recent interview were Ali Ndume said the president is been caged and is unaware of the hunger in Nigeria.
Akpabio had them out out a voice bite for the replacement of Ndume with Sen. Mohammed Tahir Monguno as new Chief Whip
