Kyari Replies Allegations Over Ownership of Blending Plant In Overseas Island

Earlier today Tuesday, Mele Kyari, the group chief executive of NNPC, disowned allegations and claims that he partly owns an oil blending plant in Malta.

Kyari denied ownership claims by Africa’s richest Man, Dangote, which exposed an oil facility on an island in the sea.

Dangote had few days ago told the leadership of the House of Representatives that Kyari and some oil traders own a blending facility in Malta Island, on the Mediterranean sea.

The visit to Dangote by leadership of the House of Representatives was led by Speaker Abass Tajudeen and his Deputy, Benjamin Kalu.

Although, NNPC Boss, kyari has said he is not aware of any employee of the NNPC, that owns or operates a blending plant in Malta.

“To clarify the allegations regarding blending plant, I do not own or operate any business directly or by proxy anywhere in the world with the exception of a local mini Agric venture,” Kyari added.
