Kano: Civil Defense Arrests 32 Suspects For Looting During Protest – NSCDC
32 persons in Kano State have been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
The suspects where arrested in connection to the recent shop looking in sabon gari and fagge local government area.
According The Kano Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has apprehended 32 individuals linked to recent shop looting in Sabon Gari, Fagge Local Government Area.
Corps Commandant Mohammad Falala reported that the suspects were captured in locations including Sabon Gari, Bata, France Road, and Murtala Mohammed Way.
NSCDC operatives, supported by vigilant citizens, also recovered stolen goods from suspects at Gyadi Gyadi, Kano.
These items, reportedly looted during protests on State Road and Iyaka Road, are now in NSCDC custody.
