Former Sen. Pres. Lawan Denies Criticizing Tinubu Administration

Former Senate President Ahmad Lawan has denied making any criticizing remarks against President Tinubu’s administration and policies.
The statement of clarifications was released by Ezrel Tabiowo, the Media Adviser to Senator Ahmad Lawan, representing Yobe North Senatorial District.
He said the reports published by Nasarawa Reporters is false. The statement maintained that Lawan never made any such statements.
Recall that Nasarawa Reporters, an online news blog had earlier released a report where Sen. Lawan said nobody is criticizing Tinubu because he is Yoruba.
The reports also explained that former Senate President had said the policies of Tinubu is causing hunger and unbearable hardships”
The statement reads, “This misinformation not only lacks truth but is also deeply insensitive and divisive.
“It is a deliberate attempt to create discord among Nigerians by those who thrive on mischief-making, aiming to incite ethnic tensions and political instability.”
