JAMB Releases 2024 UTME Results
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination results.
Nation Post understands that over 1.94 million candidates participated in the examination in 118 towns and more than 700 centres nationwide.
Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar of JAMB, disclosed the release of the UTME results during a press conference at the board’s headquarters in Bwari, Abuja, on Monday.
The examination, which commenced on Friday, 19th April, concluded on Monday, 29th April 2024.
JAMB had previously clarified that the delay in releasing the results was necessary to meticulously review them for accuracy and credibility, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns related to impersonation, biometric discrepancies, and other forms of malpractice.
