NYSC Begins Process To Remobilize Absconded Corps Members
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has disclosed that its registration portal will be accessible from Wednesday, 8th, to Monday, 13th May, 2024, to remobilize corps members who previously absconded from their service duties.
This announcement was made by NYSC through its official Facebook page on Wednesday.
Nation Post reports that remobilization serves as a second chance for corps members who were unable to complete their service year during their initial mobilization for national service.
The scheme has encouraged all affected corps members in this category to take advantage of this valuable opportunity and proceed with registering for the mandatory national service.
“Portal will be opened for Remobilisation from 8th to 13th May, 2024.
“NYSC Remobilisation is for those who started National Service and absconded,” a notification on the NYSC page reads.
