NECO Reschedules 2024 Common Entrance Exam Into Unity Colleges
The 2024 National Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Colleges and the entrance examination into Federal Government Academy, Suleja, have been rescheduled by the National Examinations Council (NECO).
According to Azeez Sani, the acting Director of Information and Digital Communication at the council, the common entrance examination, originally planned for April 20, 2024, will now be held on June 1, 2024.
Nation Post understands that Sani announced this in a statement released on Tuesday.
The statement also noted that the entrance examination for gifted and talented children into the Federal Government Academy, Suleja, which was initially scheduled for May 4, 2024, has been moved to May 25, 2024.
The decision to reschedule both examinations was made due to the low number of candidates enrolled, NECO revealed.
Sani urged candidates, parents, guardians, schools, and other stakeholders to take note of the new dates. He also mentioned that registration for candidates will continue until the new examination dates.
